What is your shipping policy?
We ship via UPS or USPS. We offer flat rate shipping. Please see the table under the shipping heading for more information.
Can I get a catalogue?
We do not have a catalogue. Our inventory changes too frequently for it to be cost effective to print catalogues.
How long will shipping take?
Please allow four weeks for orders to arrive. Most will arrive much more quickly though.
I want my order shipped to someone else, as a gift.
No problem, we can ship to another address, just put it in at check out. We never include packaging slips with your order, so the person receiving your gift will not know how much it cost.
I received a package, but it only contained one of the items I ordered.
If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately as they come from different warehouses. Please contact us if you are ever concerned about your order.
How often do you get new products?
We are changing our inventory daily. We are always on the lookout for great deals on new products that we can pass on to you. New products are usually added about once a week.
I want a product that you do not carry.
Email us and if we can find it, we will get it for you.
